Screen Art Magnets
This concept took little time to catch on. Our marketing team had other ideas for the product as well. Patching a minor hole or tear in an area was fast, easy and considerably cheaper than total replacement. Arrangements on a pool cage or other screened areas with multiple design can be fun and full of life. Large boat and RV owners quickly caught on and also found them useful. But, what exactly are they? They are flexible, rubberized magnetic material that are die-cut designs of two identical magnets which are placed back to back with the screening in between each piece. They work on any type of screen, will not rust, and stand up to adverse weather conditions. Regular magnet use on metal surfaces work as well. Some customers have reported back how they have separated them and put one on their car, van, or truck side panel. Highway travel...car wash cycles, they stay in place! For those who are creative and want color, we have air-brushed colored magnets or you can paint your own. Lighthouse, Angel Fish, and Hummingbird designs are popular for this reason.
Some clever people turn them into their own work of art using
this method and sell them at arts & craft shows, swap
meets, and flea markets for profit....thus how they were named "Screen Art".
