If sending order by email, be sure to include contact & exact shipping information, item number, description &
quantity. We'll contact you with the total including shipping and
applicable sales tax. You can then add the total to your check or money order. Orders will ship after
checks clear the bank. We'll notify you as soon as we receive your payment and
again when your order ships.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:
You can pay with credit card by using our
online shopping cart or by phone.
We use PayPal for online credit card processing.
A PayPal account is not
necessary to purchase products on
our site.
When checking out through PayPal, you'll have the option to use a credit card of your choice or to log on to your PayPal
account and use your PayPal funds, bank account or credit cards to pay for your items.
We do not
accept orders from non-U.S. PayPal accounts and we only ship with in the U.S. PayPal encrypts
your card information so you can be assured it's safe and secure
to order on line.

If you prefer to have us call you for your credit card information,
please email your name & phone number, order details and shipping
address. We will then call
you for your card information and begin processing your order.
Please have all
required information listed below ready when we call so we may process your order
quickly and smoothly.
Information is used only for your Panda's Products order. For
safety reasons, we do not store credit card information. You will need
to provide it for all future orders placed when ordering by phone.
CREDIT CARD INFORMATION REQUIRED:
Name as it appears on credit card, billing address, shipping address if different
from billing address,
phone number, credit card number, ccv code
and expiration date.
Please include your email address, if
available, as another form of contacting you regarding your
order.
The ccv code is the 3-digit value printed on the signature panel on the back of
Visa, Mastercard & Discover cards immediately following the credit card account
number. For American Express, there are 4 digits on the front of the card above
the card number. See examples below.

Most orders
will ship with in 1-5 business days of ordering.
Occasionally we may be out of stock on an item and, if so, you will be
notified by email how long the delay will be and when to expect your order.
Usually this is not more than a week or two at the most from the time you
placed your order. On rare occasions, if an item is delayed from a
manufacturer for some time then we'll give you the choice of waiting for the
item to arrive, choosing a different design if available or sending you a
refund.
Most orders will ship by Priority Mail service.
Customers should receive their orders in approximately 2-3 days once shipped.
Some orders may ship by First Class or Parcel Post depending on size, weight
and location. These shipments may take 2-7 days to arrive
depending on location.
You will be notified through email by PayPal, U.S.P.S. or Panda's Products when your order
has been processed for shipping.

Sales Tax:
Florida residents include 7% sales tax.
Online orders: Shipping and sales tax is calculated automatically.
Check or Money Orders: Include shipping & applicable sales tax to your
total. Please email if you need the correct totals.
Credit card orders by phone: We will add the shipping and
applicable sales tax to your total order. Please inform us if you need to
know the exact total before we charge your card. You can refer to the
chart above also as there are no extra
handling charges, etc. |

Returns or Exchanges:
We want you to be
completely satisfied with your order, so please check it
over carefully when received. Notify us with in 7 days at
pandasproducts@comcast.net of receipt of your items for any returns or exchanges
and ask for return shipping address.
Returned items must be unopened and in original condition and packaging to receive
an exchange
or refund. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs on returns
and exchanges
unless there is a manufacturer's defect. *Please read below.
Etched Glass Decals and Decorative Window Films can not be returned, exchanged
or refunded once they have been removed from their backing sheet so be sure you have ordered and
received the correct design and size before opening and applying.
Please read all instructions carefully before applying and contact us if
you do have a question concerning any applications.
*If there is a defect with any product, please return the item with
original packaging
so we can inspect it. Contact us for return shipping address. If
a defect is to be found, we will send it back to the manufacturer
for
replacement or issue a refund if requested. In this instance we will pay the
shipping on sending you a replacement. All other shipping charges are the
customers responsibility.

Phone numbers and/or email addresses are necessary if we have a question
concerning your order. We want to make sure all transactions are as
smooth as possible and appreciate your help.
We respect your privacy
and safety.
Your information will never be sold, shared or given to any third parties. If ordering with a credit
card by phone, you must provide your credit card information each time
you order. For safety reasons we do not store this information. All personal information
and credit card numbers are used only for completing the sales transaction and
to contact you regarding your order. When ordering online through PayPal,
merchants (we-Panda's Products) do not see or have access to your credit
card information or PayPal account. |

Once a winner is chosen, we

The winner will have up to two weeks from the time of the announcement to
respond with an email containing their name and address of where to ship the item.
If the winner does not reply to
us before the two weeks is over, then another person will be chosen as a runner
up. If a runner up winner does not respond with in two weeks, then
that drawings prize will be forfeited.

our free product drawings:
By use of www.randomizer.org which
is a simple online number randomizer program. We have our fans and friends
names listed with a number to coincide with each name. This list is kept on our
system - not on randomizer.org. When a number is formulated by
randomizer.org, we
then check it against our list of names to find the lucky winner.
This may change in the future
and by use of other contest forms.
If so, we'll
update that information
on our website at that time.
